Returns and Refunds

If any item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery before using or installing the product.

  • Photos of the defect
  • If delivered by courier:
    • Photos of the original packaging (one showing the product number)
    • Photos of the shipping package (one showing the shipment number)
  • Purchase confirmation document (invoice)

📌 Electronic goods require a document from the manufacturer’s authorized service confirming the defect.

How Returns Work

  • All returned goods must be in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • The return shipment must reach us within 5 working days after confirmation.
